Vocational training

We know that the education of our junior staff must be well above average for us to maintain our leading role in the textile, paper, film and foil industries worldwide. Erhardt+Leimer takes vocational training very seriously.

 

We are interested in the vocational progress of our apprentices

Various shops and workplaces with state of the art equipment and tools are available for all apprentices who opt for a qualified education with us. Actually we start classes for beginners every year. Special internal training sessions are provided during all training stages and extended help is offered for the preparation of exams.

  
We expect good grades of our applicants

Applicants for the technical professions are expected to have a satisfying school-leaving di-ploma from the extended elementary school ("Qualifizierter Hauptschulab-schluß") with good grades in Maths and Physics or else the intermediate high school certificate ("Mittlere Reife"). From our clerical apprentices we expect the "Mittlere Reife" and good grades in Accounting, German and English.
